Are you a School Finance Officer, Bursar or Business Manager looking to secure your next position?


Do you have SIMS experience and are available for work ASAP? If yes, then this may be the role for you! A Church school in Trafford, are looking to appoint someone to support their school office ASAP on a temporary or permanent basis. The role is ideally full time but the school will consider part time options. The successful applicant will have previous school experience, (including finance, attendance, record keeping etc), be proficient in SIMS, FMS and ideally have worked in a primary school setting. The role will involve running the day to day administration and management of the school office.

Job Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent financial and administrative services to the school
* Maintaining accurate computerised records and systems for pupils and staff
* Invoices, purchase orders, reconciliations, and school fund management
* Be the first point of contact for students, parents and staff
* Regular usage of school software packages including ParentPay, FMS and SIMS

We ask that you have:
* SIMS / FMS experience gained from working in a school
* The ability to work in close collaboration with other members of the school senior leadership team
* Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing, administrative skills including attention to detail, and people management skills
* The ability to work with high levels of tact, confidentiality and discretion
* Experience handling data and data protection regulations
