About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic supply team here at Reed Education. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of all aspects of teaching and learning from Key Stage 1 to Key Stage 2 and EYFS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver planned learning activities under the supervision of a teacher.
• Support students in their learning and development, including those with special educational needs.
• Monitor students’ progress and provide feedback to teachers.
• Contribute to maintaining a safe and stimulating learning environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• HLTA status or equivalent qualification.
• Experience working in a school setting.
• Knowledge of the UK National Curriculum.

Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
