Primary Float Teacher - Wandsworth - Summer Term Position

Job Opportunity: PPA/Meetings/Sickness Cover from Reception to Year 6

Location: Wandsworth, Central London

School: Three Form Entry Primary School

About Us: We are seeking a flexible, team player who is willing to teach across the school where needed to cover PPA time, meetings with SLT and the occasional sickness cover. You must be willing to cover classes from Reception to Year 6 when the need arises. This role does not entail any lesson planning as you will be teaching from pre-left lesson plans. You will not need to attend parents evening either.

Position Available: Primary Float Teacher - Wandsworth - Summer Term Position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality teaching and learning experiences from pre-left lesson plans across the school
• Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports the well-being and academic growth of all students.
• Collaborate with colleagues to contribute to the development and delivery of an engaging and creative curriculum.
• Uphold the school's values and ethos and be an ambassador for the school

Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - experienced teachers and ECTs are both welcome to apply
• Ability to create a calm and supportive learning environment.
• Ability to be flexible and think on one's feet when required
• Demonstrated commitment to kindness, empathy, and nurturing the well-being of students.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills. This role would suit a team player!
