We are currently seeking dynamic and reliable Supply Teachers to join our team and support primary schools across Swindon. As a Supply Teacher, you will have the opportunity to work with diverse students, covering classes in Key Stage 1, Key Stage 2, and Early Years.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Covering classes in the absence of the regular classroom teacher.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans or creating engaging lessons on the spot.
  • Providing a positive and supportive learning environment for students.
  • Managing classroom behavior and ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
  • Collaborating with school staff to maintain continuity in the learning process.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
  • Experience working with primary-aged students.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different schools and year groups.
  • Strong communication and classroom management skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with students and establish a positive learning environment.
