National Express are looking to recruit a Pricing Implementation Analyst to join the team at our Head Office location in Digbeth, Birmingham. The successful candidate will work with all areas of the Coach Pricing team to ensure that Pricer and RPO are updated, accurate and reflect the company pricing policy.
What you'll do:
Take responsibility for implementing fares matrices and rules in Pricer with due regard to accuracy and timely deployment
Liaise with Planning to ensure mutual & timely achievement of fare/network changes
Answer fare related queries relating to all categories in a timely basis
Build relationships with IT & third party system providers
Work with IT to ensure all new Fare functionality is tested correctly within specified deadlines
Adhere to departmental controls in respect of data checking and Audit logs
Liaise with Business Development to ensure mutual & timely achievement of Event Pricing & Packages
Implement changes to Driver Fare charts and circulate accordingly
Liaise with Route Revenue Managers to action Season ticket requests
Work with the Pricing Implementation Manager to ensure BODS fare data is compliant
What you'll need:
Educated to GCSE, or equivalent, in Mathematics and English with basic MS Excel skills
Logical thinker with excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
Able to manage own time and prioritise work
Works well as part of a team
