Pre-Litigation Paralegal
Location: Northwich / Hybrid working offered after induction and training 
Salary: up to £25,000 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Following our exciting business growth, we have more excellent opportunities for Paralegals to join our successful Pre-Litigation team in Northwich.

As a Pre-Litigation Paralegal you will be:

  • Managing credit hire cases to effectively support claimants who have been involved in a road traffic accident, to claim compensation for any uninsured losses (Credit hire charges, excess, out of pocket expenses).
  • Communicating with clients, insurers, defendant insurers, solicitors, and any witnesses.
  • Analysing whether there are prospects of success to a claim.
  • Drafting pleadings and legal documents if necessary and reviewing offers of settlement.
  • Managing your own varied caseloads in a timely manner.

About you:

  • You have previous experience working in a paralegal role, this is desirable but not essential.
  • You have excellent client care and analytical skills and can give clear written and oral advice in a clear concise manner.
  • You have excellent time manage and organizational skills, with a calm and methodical approach to work and a flexible and adaptable attitude to resolving issues.
  • You have the ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • You have great attention to detail and accuracy.
