Pre Litigation Paralegal - RTA Liverpool

Key Responsibilities of pre litigation Paralegal:

• Progressing pre-litigation claims in a timely manner
• Obtaining medical records and preparing a chronology of pre-accident medical history
• Obtaining medical reports
• Obtaining insurance repair/outlay documentation
• Instructing Counsel to attend conferences
• Carrying out and completing risk assessments
• Ensuring clients are kept informed throughout the life of the claim
• Liaising with clients, third party insurers and referrers etc throughout the claim

Experience required:

• Have a basic knowledge of RTA file handling
• To have a working knowledge or the relevant case law and/or RTA legislation
• An ability to work in an organised and efficient manner
• Excellent communication and client care skills
