Practice PAYE Processor and Bookkeeper | Middlesex | Full Time | £20,000 - £28,000 PA + OTE up to £32,000 depending on amount billed
Our client is a family run firm that maintains family values and cares about its staff and boasts a very friendly, open working environment with other colleagues. Most of whom have been working with the company for many years.
The firm has grown over the last 10 years, and they are looking to double in size in the coming years. This is a real opportunity for you to get on board, with the clear career path that this provides. Having just promoted two new partners as evidence of opportunities the right candidate will likely have more growth with the company than the bigger firms.
There is possible flexible/home based working for the right candidate.
Are you the right person for the job?
- PAYE qualified or part qualified
- Must have experience of over 2 years
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Able to use Sage Payroll
- Able to use tax and accounting software
- The employer would potentially look at a QBE (qualified by experience) candidate
- Strong interpersonal skills and strong business acumen
What will your role look like?
- PAYE processing for over 100 clients
- Bookkeeping - VAT etc
- Preparing accounts up to partner review
- Prepare tax returns up to partner review
- Speaking to clients
- Being able to manage a portfolio of clients
