JOB TITLE:        Practice Manager
EXPERIENCE:    3 + years’ experience
LOCATION:        Bedfordshire
SALARY:            circa £60,000

OVERVIEW:
•Manage day-to-day operations of the firm, including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
•Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and compliance.
•Oversee client intake and case management processes to ensure timely and accurate handling of matters.
•Serve as a liaison between management, staff, and external stakeholders.
•Collaborate with finance and accounting departments to manage budgets, billing, and financial reporting.
•You will have relevant experience as a Practice Manager within the legal sector.
•Ideally possessing COFA credentials. If not COFA-certified, experience collaborating with COLP and/or COFA is essential.
