An exciting new opportunity has come up to assist our top legal client in their search for a Practice Manager. This position will be ideal for an experienced Law Firm Practice Manager looking for a new opportunity in Cambridgeshire!

Key duties to include:

  • Managing daily HR administration and employee relations.
  • Dealing with recruitment tasks and exit management.
  • Accounts and Payroll duties.
  • Arranging Partner and staff conferences, minute taking for meetings.
  • Assisting with PII and CQS renewals.
  • Assisting with annual staff benefit renewals and SAR audit.
  • Dealing with SRA, CILEX and Lexcel accreditation renewals.
  • Managing client and staff complaints.
  • Central Register maintenance.


The successful candidate will have:

  • CIPD level 5 qualified or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 years law firm Practice/Office manager experience.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Attentive to detail and strong organisational abilities.
