Role
An in office role providing full support to the Practice in terms of managing the day to day running of the Compliance, HR and Facilities function of the Firm, reporting to the Partners.
Duties include:
- Team Leader for the Accounts and Reception teams
- Involvement in the interviewing and selection process for new members of staff
- Employee Relations
- Production of Monthly Management Accounts and assisting with monthly payroll
- Assisting with yearly renewals of Staff Benefits
- Assisting with yearly SAR audit
- Lead on Lexcel accreditation renewal applications
- Responsible for the SRA and CILEX Practice Certificate Renewals
- Assisting with CQS annual renewal (collation of data and documentation)
- Assisting with the PII renewals
- Maintenance of Central Registers to meet requirements under SRA Codes of Conduct and Lexcel
You
- CIPD level 5 (or similar)
- 5 years + Practice Manager or Office Manager experience, ideally at a Lexcel accredited law firm with a staff size of not less than 40 employees
- Excellent communicator with great interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage own time
- Problem solver
- Eye for detail
