A fabulous opportunity for a Practice Manager to join a well-established and rapidly growing Accountancy Practice in Manchester City Centre.

Working as part of the Senior Leadership team the Practice Manager will have a pivotal role within the firm.
The role will be varied and often busy, you will take responsibility for the operational aspects of the business, including:

  • Develop, improve and implement Client on-boarding processes
  • Ensure the client has a smooth and efficient on-boarding experience
  • First point of contact for new clients
  • Build relationships with all colleagues and clients
  • Offer tailored solutions to clients to support their growth and success
  • Resolving any issues which may arise during the onboarding process
  • Ensure the practice is adhering to company's policies and procedures
  • Oversee office facilities and liaise with external suppliers for required services
  • Assist in IT Software upgrades and installation

The Accountancy Practice Manager will have:

  • Previous experience in Accountancy Practice Management
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Strong understanding of processes and procedures required
  • Passionate about working for a fast-growing business
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build solid meaningful relationships
