Teqniq is searching for a Practice Lead Academy and Development to work in the public sector.

37 hours per week.

4 month contract.

09:00-17:00

Job Description:

Focus is on:
• Diagnostic of existing social work academy and proposal for development
• Development and embedding of reflective practice sessions
• Development of ASYE 2 year pathway
• Supporting practice development and improvement in line with Swindon Children’s improvement plan
