We are working with a high-end architectural practice based in South West London and are looking for an enthusiastic and creative administrator to help ensure the smooth running of a busy studio as well as take charge of organising both company events and receptions for clients.

You will be based on the front of house and will be responsible for greeting all guests as well as managing a busy meeting room booking system and making sure that refreshments and any printed materials are prepared and in place. You will gain a thorough understanding of how a studio runs and will have the opportunity to work with a variety of departments including facilities, finance, marketing and IT. Strong organisational skills are key as you will manage a programme of regular staff events as well as larger client and promotional events.

This would be an excellent opportunity for an experienced receptionist or administrator looking for a new challenge and who would thrive in a creative environment.
