PR Coordinator
Job Title - PR Coordinator (Part Time)
Location - Twickenham
Salary - £35-40,000 pro rata
Hours - 18-20 hours per week over 3 or 4 days (flexibility to work some hours from home)
12 month contract to start mid May
A world-leading provider of international communication and information systems is looking to recruit a PR/Media Relations Coordinator to their global marketing team to cover maternity leave for 12 months (handover from current incumbent). You will be highly organised, have fantastic communication skills and work in a structured and proactive way.
As part of the PR Coordinator role, you will own the coordination and review process for external Press Releases for the global business alongside the communications team and a Press Officer/Social Content Lead. Your responsibilities will include:
- Collaborating with Press Officer or external agency for PR creation and Comms team for scheduling
- Being the primary point of contact for all PR requests, ensuring efficient communication and coordination
- Establish and maintain organised folders for each PR in Teams and managing version history during numerous internal approval rounds
- Gaining Business unit VP approval
- Ensuring quality checked via Comms team
- Ensuring quality is checked

- Ability to build relationships quickly and make a positive impact
- Are motivated by making things happen
- Able to travel to Vienna should that be required
- Previous PR experience is not essential
In return, you will receive a starting base salary of £35-40,000 (pro rata) which will equate to an hourly rate of £17.94-20.51 for 18-20 hours per week.
