This is an amazing opportunity to progress your PR & Event Management experience within a fast moving, global Fashion Brand.

The successful candidate will design and implement PR strategies / media relations campaigns that promote the Brand and its story, cultivate our relationships with media, engage our target audience and boost our brand awareness, whilst also organising both regular UK events and also major international events, that are on budget and offer a positive ROI.

PR overview
As a PR Manager, you are tasked with implementing the PR strategy, budget and KPI management, fielding media questions and pitching stories to the media (both traditional press and trade), preparing media kits and organizing press conferences. You will also manage emergency and crisis communications, where relevant.

Events management overview
As an Events Manager, you are responsible for implementing the strategy, planning, management, execution and resulting on all events for the company. This includes everything from small (15 people) events to large scale, multi-day events in different countries - ultimately you will be responsible for elevating the brand through a robust event strategy.

Requirements and Skills
Proven work experience within PR & Events or similar role
Solid experience coordinating successful PR campaigns and undertaking UK and International events, with a 'hands on' approach.
A strong network / black book with traditional press and trade press in order to promote the Brand.
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Events or relevant field
Must be a confident communicator and presenter with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must possess excellent organizational and planning skills.
Have a full understanding of media needs and media relationships.
Ability to work in high-stress environments, often for long hours.
High level of creativity.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the event calendar.
Planning and implementation of a robust PR strategy and engaging media relations campaigns which help to drive awareness of the Brand
Cultivate and maintain relationships with media and influential professionals.
Plan and execute all internal and external events from conception to execution.
Develop high-quality, informative, and interesting press releases, media pitches and related materials.
Analyse media coverage and develop responses when needed.
As and when required act as a spokesperson to the press.
Source and negotiate with event vendors to secure the best possible pricing and services.
Promote events to enhance and develop the brand.
Track and analyse pre- and post- data to ensure effectiveness of events and PR campaigns.
Oversee the development and execution of marketing and promotional materials to support events and ensure they are properly communicated across teams.
