They are looking to hire a passionate, dynamic Senior Account Director / Account Director for a 12 month fixed term contract.

The role:

As a PR Account Director, you will be at the forefront of this agencies mission to create newsworthy campaigns, drive brand visibility, and shape public perception. You will lead a team of passionate PR professionals, working collaboratively to craft and execute ground-breaking PR strategies.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Strategy and Innovation: Develop and execute cutting-edge PR strategies that leverage the latest trends, technologies, and platforms to maximise client impact.

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team of PR specialists, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.

- Client Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique needs and crafting customised PR solutions that drive results.

- Content Creation: Oversee the creation of compelling, shareable content that captures the essence of clients' brands and tells their stories effectively.

- Measurement and Analysis: Utilise data-driven insights to continuously evaluate the success of PR campaigns, adjusting strategies for optimal performance.

- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key media contacts, influencers, and industry leaders to amplify our clients' messages.

What we're looking for:

- 5+ years of experience in PR, with a proven track record of delivering impactful results for clients.

- 3+ years experience within an agency environment.

- Experience within sectors such as education, healthcare, charity, care groups, etc would be a bonus.

- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.

- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative, exciting PR ideas.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Adept at leveraging digital tools and analytics to drive PR success.

- A passion for staying ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies.
