Forward Role are excited to be partnering with Lancashire based eCommerce organisation as they look to bring their external PPC in-house, as they enter into an exciting growth phase after a highly successful past few years of trading. Their marketing arm of the business now stands as a lean team of 10+, with the appointment of their first ever internal PPC Manager being a truly pivotal hire for an incredibly exciting period ahead.
Initially off-boarding the account from an external provider, your role will be completely shaping the paid accounts in whichever way you see fit, and activating them across Google, Bing, & Meta. The channel’s ROAS is very healthy currently, the foundations are set but now the business needs a Paid Media Manager to drive these accounts to the next level, to expand the businesses digital presence.
Your day to day looks like:
- Build and expand existing profitable e-commerce campaigns using the likes of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads
- Creation & implementation of PPC Campaigns across all platforms
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly management & review of PPC activity across all platforms
- Continually manage and optimise campaigns for best results and ROAS
- Handling six-figure budgets and working towards KPIs
- Constantly review all campaigns to ensure maximum performance
- Setting up and testing new tracking for campaigns across platforms and make sure all contributions can be viewed
- Reporting, analysing and interpreting data to display performance effectively
- Effectively manage bids, quality scores, placements, audiences, negative keywords etc. to provide the best performance
- Perform keyword research, keyword creation and effective ad copy creation
Your skills & experience:
- Proven 3+ year Google/Social PPC Campaigns – ecommerce experience essential
- Knowledge of least 2 ad platforms - Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads,
- Experience handling five figure monthly budgets and maintaining strong ROI's
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Highly motivated and positive individual with a strong work ethic
- Self-starter, with a results-driven focus
- Ability to work autonomously
