The Job
The Paid Search Manager responsibilities will include:

  • The PPC role involves managing large budgets and direct response (DR) campaigns across multiple markets and search engines.
  • The role requires taking ownership of the strategic client relationship and working towards advancing the vision of paid search.
  • Responsibilities include ensuring timely and budget-conscious campaign delivery, regularly monitoring performance against client ROI targets, providing feedback and recommendations to clients, building and leading a team of executives and junior executives, and overseeing their development and ensuring high-quality channel execution.


You
For the role of the Paid Search Account Manager, you will have the following skills and experience:

  • The desired skills for the role include being a self-starter with a passion for influencing the future of the office and having ambitious goals. The ideal candidate should be an innovative and highly motivated Senior PPC Professional with strong technical and IT skills.
  • Attention to detail is essential, along with the ability to take ownership of an account strategy.
  • Experience in e-commerce and/or fashion brands is desirable, and a strong passion for paid search marketing is necessary.
  • Being knowledgeable about tracking systems, search best practices, and third-party PPC bid management platforms is important.
  • The candidate should be comfortable assessing staffing needs and conducting staff inductions.
  • Experience in managing client relationships, team management, training, and building a high-performing team is valuable.
  • Knowledge of computer languages such as SQL or Javascript is a bonus.
  • You must understand tracking processes across all relevant platforms and be competent in using Google Analytics or another web analytics solution.
