Power Device Design Engineer

COMPANY:

microTECH Global has partnered with a growing Power Electronics business (SiC and GaN) in Munich, Germany. They are expanding their technology develop team of Silicon Carbide (SiC) Technologists/experts primarily, and also for GaN-on-silicon power technology, with an immediate plan to develop an R&D center in Munich. This is an incredible time to join the business, lots of career growth and fantastic salaries!

  • BS with 4+ yrs. work experience or MS 2+ yrs work experience in Electrical Engineering or Solid State Physics.
  • Knowledge of SiC MOSFET (or GaN FET) device physics and operation.
  • Basic skills in SYNOPSYS TCAD or equivalent software.
  • Familiar with Oscilloscopes, Multi-meters, bench top power supplies.
  • Ability to propose Design of Experiments (DOE) to prove theories
