Osborne Appointments are recruiting for a Powder Coater for our client, an Industrial business, based in Letchworth, on an on-going temporary to permanent basis.

Hours of a production operative : Monday - Friday 7:30am to 4.30pm

Pay rate: £12 per hour - £13 per hour open to more if the right experience

Duties of a Powder Coater :

• Preparing the product and equipment, applying powder coat and maintaining a high quality
• Strong understanding of operating the equipment
• Make paint rework repairs as needed
• Work and train all aspects of the powder coat line
• Keeping the warehouse tidy and organised

Personal specification of a powder coater:

• Must have good attention to detail
• Experience painting in an industrial setting
• Applicants must be able to work under pressure
