Post Completions Executive

Reed Legal are working with a leading firm of solicitors specialising in residential and commercial property law. We are looking for a Post-Completion Executive to join our busy and friendly team. You will be responsible for handling all aspects of post-completion work, including registrations, requisitions, SDLT returns, file closures and archiving. You will also liaise with clients, lenders, agents and third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient service.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of a years experience in conveyancing and post-completion work

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

- Good communication and organisational skills

- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
