Pool Engineer - Installation

Waterstream and Compass Pools, the leading swimming pool retailer in the UK, are looking to recruit enthusiastic Swimming Pool Engineers into their installation department based in Horsham on a full-time basis. 

You will join a rapidly growing team and help deliver luxury fibreglass Swimming Pools throughout the UK as a multi-skilled installation Engineer.

Our business is growing at a double-digit rate in an industry that is going from strength to strength. By volume of pools installed, we are the largest pool installer in the UK by a long way.

You will work in an environment where no day is the same and will be expected to be flexible and a team player committed to driving towards a common goal.

Key Responsibilities:

• Will need to be a process-driven individual with keen attention to detail and the ability to use hand and power tools 
• The ability to problem-solve issues and maximise quality for their discerning clients
• A successful candidate must have a full driving licence and be happy to work outside in all weathers, working across the UK, reporting directly to Project Management
• Landscaping and Groundwork's experience would be advantageous but not essential
• All tools, company vehicle provided and nights away paid
