Senior Electrical Design Engineer

Our client a global engineering company based in Portsmouth is urgently looking for Senior Electrical Design Engineer. Working on innovation projects within the Marine sector. Urgently seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join their team and contribute to ground-breaking projects.

• Expert Support: Provide expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring technical excellence from concept to implementation. Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline; master’s degree preferred.

• Proven experience in large marine electrical installations, demonstrating a thorough understanding of marine sector complexities.

• Expertise in ATEX/IEC Ex rated installations, prioritizing safety, and compliance in hazardous environments.

• Proficiency with professional electrical drawing packages such as EPlan, Siemens Capital, or Zuken.
