Job Title: PMO Tutor / Assessor (Performing Manufacturing Operations) - Trainee or Qualified

Location: South Wales – Centre Based

Salary: £25,000 + benefits package

Type: Permanent

Essential Criteria:
  • Hold solid, occupational competency within Manufacturing.
  • Must have experience of delivering on-the-job training to colleagues within a manufacturing environment.
  • Ideally hold either a recognised Assessor award: D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA OR Teaching qualification at Level 3 or above (PTLLS/AET).
  • Ideally have current or previous experience of delivering PMO qualifications.
  • Confident and comfortable to deliver training to small groups of learners.

Duties include:
  • Assess and support learners working towards PMO NVQ to Level 2, in a workshop / small group setting.
  • Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging and develop learners' skills knowledge and behaviours.
  • Monitor student attendance and progress through regular learner assessment and reviews.
    Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
