I'm recruiting for a PMO Manager ot join a global FMCG client of mine on an initial 12 month contract. This role will be inside IR35. You will also be required to work on site 2 days per week in London.

This will be working for a FTSE100 global FMCG client and you will be working on a greenfield end to end implementing. Critical skills is to have been the PMO Manager for a large SAP Transformation (at least 1 full lifecycle) and will be responsible for managing the Project Management standards, governance routines, and ways of working for the project

• Supporting the project workstreams in their planning activities aligned to the project Planning Framework
• Maintain the integrated plan for the Project, reporting key interdependencies and planning conflicts to the Planning Lead for cross-project planning interdependencies
• Managing and consolidating project risks and issues and flagging areas of escalation for reporting purposes
• Define actions out of the risk log and follow up with mitigation activities for these risks for scope, budget, time, or quality in coordination with the PMO
• Ensuring project meetings and cadence is in place, aligned to the project Governance Framework
• Ensuring decisions and actions are recorded from governance boards and are made visible to the project team and PMO
• Managing scope change requests as per the project Scope Management Framework and co-ordinating impact assessments for changes that impact timelines, costs, & scope, working with the PMO to align with the overall change control process.
• Managing the deliverable repository aligned to the project Deliverable Management Framework
• Co-ordinate and enforce appropriate quality control and gate-keeping process for all workstreams
