Duration: Full time, starting ASAP or September

Salary: £180- £230 per day (Based on experience)

About Us: Our esteemed SEN School, in the London borough of Lambeth, provides a supportive and enriching educational environment for children with special educational needs. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teacher to join our team, where your passion for working with children facing difficulties in a social background will be valued.

Position Overview: We are currently looking for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to fill a full-time role at a SEN School based in Lambeth. What we value most is your commitment to helping our students succeed and thrive, regardless of their challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customised Curriculum: Develop and adapt curriculum materials to meet the individual needs of each student.
  • Personalised Instruction: Provide one-on-one and group instruction tailored to support student's academic and social development.
  • Behavioural Guidance: Implement effective behaviour management strategies to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with support staff, parents, and fellow educators to ensure each student receives the appropriate support.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Experience with ASD and PMLD.
  • A genuine desire to work with children facing difficulties in a social background.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with students.
  • Patience, empathy, and a nurturing approach.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
