Our client is a well respected and established Facilities Management company who are looking to hire a commercial plumber to service and maintain plumbing facilities for their clients.

As a commercial plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems at our client’s clients.

Responsibilities

• Reading and interpreting blueprints and building specifications to determine the layout of plumbing systems.

• Installing pipes and fixtures, such as sinks, toilets, showers, and water heaters.

• Repairing and replacing damaged or defective plumbing parts.

• Conducting inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure the proper functioning of plumbing systems.

• Collaborating with other tradespeople, contractors, and project managers to complete projects on time.

• Adhering to safety standards and regulations to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements:

• Level 3 City & Guilds Plumbing ideally level 2.

• Full, clean UK driving licence.

• Proven experience as a commercial plumber (minimum 3 years).

• Knowledge of plumbing codes and regulations.

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

In return our client will offer a salary of between £32000 and £35000 along with a generous extras package that includes a company van.
