Plumber/Heating Engineer

Search Consultancy are looking to recruit and an experienced Plumbing/Heating Engineer for a Property maintenance company based around South Manchester/Cheshire.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Plumbing and Heating Systems Maintenance
2. Installation: Install and commission plumbing and heating systems, adhering to technical specifications and industry standards
3. Troubleshooting
4. Heating Systems Maintenance: Additional responsibility includes performing maintenance and repair tasks specifically on heating systems, ensuring their optimal functionality
5. Work closely with construction professionals to coordinate plumbing and heating activities, ensuring seamless project execution
6. Safety Compliance
7.Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project

Successful candidates must have the following:

1. Minimum of 3 years experience as a Plumbing and Heating Engineer, with a successful track record
2. Possession of relevant plumbing and heating engineering certifications and licenses including CSCS/JIB card and Gas Safe Qualification
3. Proficient in reading technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics. Familiarity with modern plumbing and heating tools and equipment
4. Ability to analyse and solve plumbing and heating-related issues efficiently.
5. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients, team members, and project managers

This is a temp to perm role paid on an hours/day rate (negotiable) and would be an immediate start once all the necessary checks have been done.
