The Role: As a Conveyancer, you will handle plot sale paperwork from reservation to settlement with minimal supervision. Key responsibilities include:

• Preparation of offer and draft documentation for sales
• Negotiation of missives
• Completion of financial tasks and documentation, including relevant completion statements
• Settlement procedures, billing, and accounts processes
• Dealing with observations on title
• Registration procedures, including Advance Notices and LBTT online
• Client reports and attendance at meetings
• Conveyancing searches procurement
• Use of case management systems and software tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide quality and accurate service to clients
• Manage client expectations effectively
• Attend team briefings and training sessions
• Mentor other staff members as needed
• Participate in continuous self-development and training initiatives

Skills and Qualifications:

• Prior experience in conveyancing or plot sales preferred
• Ability to manage own caseload independently
• Proficient IT skills in Word, Excel, Outlook, and case management systems
