We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Plasterer to join our maintenance and repairs team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality plastering services to our properties, ensuring the satisfaction of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Performing plastering repairs and maintenance tasks as assigned, ensuring work is completed to a high standard
  • Working efficiently and effectively to meet targets and deadlines
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining positive relationships with residents
  • To carry out all types of plastering repairs to both tenanted and vacant properties in accordance with job tickets, opti-time appointment slots, specifications and contract drawings, to good practice, Building Regulations etc as appropriate and applicable

Requirements

  • Prior experience as a plasterer, demonstrating a strong knowledge of plastering techniques and materials
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing your workload effectively
  • Good communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with residents
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
  • Full UK driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned area
  • NVQ level 2 in Plastering or equivalent (Desired)

  • Salary: £29.582 per annum
  • Annual pay scale increase
