Location: Derby - city wide

Hours: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm (37hrs per week)

Duration: Long term - if everything goes well it will be temp to perm/ongoing contract

Pay: £17.00ph paid weekly via umbrella - no CIS/self employed

Duties

• To undertake plastering repairs, maintenance, and renovations; other skilled maintenance operations and to support other trade staff in the effective completion of repairs, maintenance and other building operations to property and buildings
• To undertake all plastering repairs, maintenance and renovations identified within the housing stock, schools and public buildings
• To undertake all plastering repairs, maintenance and renovations identified within the housing stock, schools and public buildings
• To remove and apply ceramic tiles to kitchens and bathroom
• To lay and / or repair kitchen and bathroom flooring

Qualifications & Experience

• Must hold full UK drivers license
• Successful applicant will need a DBS carried out, this will be done at the clients expense
• Must hold previous experience in a similar role
• Plastering NVQ/city & guilds is highly desirable but not essential
