Adecco are proud to be working with a well established company who are seeking a Plant Operative to join their expanding team.

Location: Grays

Salary: Up to 38,432

Working days: 4 on 4 off

Working hours: 6am to 6pm/6pm till 6am

Duration of contract: Permanent

Duties:

• Running production machinery to achieve production schedules
• Place packaging on the lines to keep up with automated machines
• Understanding of machine breakdowns to troubleshoot defects and working with other departments to make sure these are fixed correctly and on time
• Operating forklift
• Maintaining great attention to detail

Requirements:

• Experience working on automated machinery
• Pharma or Chemical background (desirable but not essential)
• Physically fit
• Great communication skills
