ABOUT THE COMPANY

Our client is an innovative supplier of premium drinking water with a huge focus on ensuring the entire process from source through to delivery, including revolutionary packaging, is environmentally friendly and sustainable without compromising on quality.

ROLE

They are a Chinese based business with an established operation there and now looking to expand into Europe. The candidate will play a crucial role in setting up their initial European operations and contribute to the identification and establishment of their initial blended OEM water plant.

This is a very exciting opportunity with a very forward-thinking organisation who have significant growth ambitions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES

• Establish initial European operations.
• Act as the primary contact for European customers.
• Assist in identifying and setting up the initial blended OEM water plant.
• Set targets for all departments in accordance with the company's production plan.
• Supervise and urge all departments to implement and complete targets safely and orderly.
• Regularly hold meetings to supervise daily production activities, identify problems, analyse reasons, and implement effective measures.
• Implement the factory safety management system to prevent safety accidents.
• Strictly adhere to "Food Safety Production" regulations, ensuring environmental and labour protection.
• Manage all factory outreach work, reviews, and inspections by relevant departments.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Minimum five years of experience in enterprise management.
• Experience in bottled water manufacturing in preferably one or more of these countries (France, Germany, UK, Italy).
• Extensive HORECA commercial experience in Europe.
• Demonstrated flexibility in business judgment, coupled with excellent management skills and a strong understanding of food regulations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Ability to communicate in French, Mandarin, and preferably English.
