What will you do? 

• Work as a Solicitor or Associate within the Planning team
• Advise on a varied caseload and assist with all aspects of Planning work to include:
• Planning permission, appeals, CIL, s106 agreements, judicial review, highways, public rights of way and environmental matters 
• Get involved in business development activities with the team 

What will you need? 

• To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive 
• Up to 8 years’ planning law experience (from council, private practice or other background) 
• Ideally to be able to hit the ground running within planning law, although you will be fully supported
