What will you do?
- Work as a Solicitor or Associate within the Planning team
- Advise on a varied caseload and assist with all aspects of Planning work to include:
- Planning permission, appeals, CIL, s106 agreements, judicial review, highways, public rights of way and environmental matters
- Get involved in business development activities with the team
What will you need?
- To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
- Up to 8 years’ planning law experience (from council, private practice or other background)
- Ideally to be able to hit the ground running within planning law, although you will be fully supported
