Lawyer – Planning and Highways

Our client based in the Northern Home Counties is seeking a pro-active and client focused Planning and Highways Lawyer to join their legal services team. In this role you will be dealing with large scale development and highways matters and acting as a source of legal advice for their clients.

About the role:

· Act as a legal advisor on planning, large scale development and highways matters

· Advising and negotiating on projects involving multiple agencies and client interests, including the third sector and charitable organisations

· Support the leadership team in building and maintaining effective working relationships with clients to ensure the delivery of a seamless and client focussed service

· Develop and maintain effective partnerships, networks and encourage joint working

About you:

· Qualified Solicitor with at least two years PQE

· Knowledge of planning law, development and/or highways related law

· Ability to work on your own initiative, anticipate challenges and be proactive when dealing with them
