Planning Administrator

£24,538 - £25,075 dependant on experience
Permanent
Full-Time, 41.25 hours per week

I am recruiting on behalf of my long-standing client for a Planning Administrator who thrives in a fast paced environment, has an eye for detail and a passion for creating seamless operations workflow.

You will be joining a great business that has been serving the local area for over ten years, that really go the extra mile for their employees and customers, you will be based in a vibrant, modern office which really has a ‘family feel’ added touch.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate installations and provide updates to the end user
  • Provide installation staff with all relevant information and stock is readily available for the project
  • Liaise with customers after the project has been completed to ensure a 5 star service has been received
  • Discover methods to enhance the quality of customer service during the investigation and resolution of complaints
  • Update the system accordingly
  • Liaise with the warehouse team in case of any discrepancies

Requirements:
  • Proven work experience in an installations/planning/scheduling role is highly advantageous
  • Previous experience in the Building or Trade industry is beneficial
  • Must have excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A team player and be able to help out in different areas when necessary or during busy times
  • Excellent customer service skills
