Description

• Leverage the SyteLine ERP system to develop short-term plant production schedules, being mindful of long-term goals.
• Establish and evaluate scheduling priorities for job orders.
• Resolve Supply, Demand, and Capacity issues while optimizing both labor and equipment utilization.
• Execute efficient schedules to drive the highest possible OTIF or OTD.
• Perform all capacity planning activities and coordinate output with all production areas.
• Use the SyteLine ERP to integrate Sales Orders with master schedule; coordinate availability of raw materials, supplies, equipment, and workers as needed to meet delivery dates.
• Evaluate current procedures and recommend changes to improve the efficiency of planning and scheduling of projects.
• Ensure all Work Orders and projects are properly documented and closed in scheduling systems.
• Assess and implement ERP techniques needed to plan, schedule, control, measure, and evaluate the effectiveness of production operations.
• Communicate forecast and inventory estimations to management team.
• Monitor and report any important changes in sales forecasts, budgets, and business strategies.
• Maintain and add all customer related forecasts into Syteline.
• Address demand-related issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Communicate production schedule to staff members promptly.
• Manage load leveling and bottleneck scheduling and utilize the theory of constraints (TOC) for more accurate scheduling.
• Generate and maintain production orders within Syteline in alignment with the production plans for commercial and validation processes.

Profile

• You must have a background in manufacturing and be used to fast paced environments
• Have ERP/MRP experience (SAP,SyteLine,Excel)
• Have the will to win, and be a fantastic communicator
