Are you an experienced Surveyor? Our client is looking a surveyor to join their busy frontline team to ensure customers continue to receive a great service.
 
Exciting opportunity for you to join their team as a Planned Works Surveyor, where you'll be based in Bristol. ??????
No two days will be the same in this role so enthusiasm, a can-do attitude and a genuine passion for always wanting to go the extra mile will be essential as you’ll take ownership of surveying our properties.
 
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
  • Administer the existing capital works programme and demonstrate technical service that provides effective capital investment, cyclical and planned maintenance services.
  • Survey existing stock to develop future major works programmes which may include procuring new contracts when needed in order to deliver these streams of work.
  • Survey and monitor works completed by contractors to deliver a right first time approach, ensure delivery of a quality product for our residents.
  • Undertaking ad-hoc surveys to provide end to end project management of one off major defect repairs.
  • Ensure all data systems are updated to reflect works completed and maintain a high level of business intelligence Interpret Fire Risk Assessments to identify and arrange remedial action which complies with current legislation.
  • Assist Asset Manager with stock option appraisal data Close liaison with the Repairs Surveyor is required to ensure joined-up service delivery.
