Your new company is a social housing provider who have properties across the North West.
Your new role
Your new role will require you to oversee projects in either Manchester or Warrington/Liverpool. This role is out of scope of IR35 and remote working.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed, you'll need contractor management experience in a planned maintenance environment. You will manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring budgets are adhered to and projects are completed to decent home standards.
