5:00am to 1:00pm & 6:00pm to 2:30am, Monday to Friday

From 27th May Onwards - Temp to Perm

Morning Shift - £13.50ph & Evening Shift - £13.70ph

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a passion for precision and efficiency? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where every day brings new challenges? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client as a Picker at their distribution centre in Bedford!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately picking items from warehouse shelves based on orders.
  • Ensuring that the correct quantities and products are selected for each order.
  • Packing items securely for shipment, following packaging guidelines and quality standards.
  • Maintaining a clean and organied workspace to facilitate efficient picking operations.
  • Collaborating with team members to meet daily picking targets and deadlines.
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations at all times.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or picking environment.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in picking orders.
  • Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks and lift moderately heavy items.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and overtime as required.
