Our bespoke Care and Rehabilitation Programs will be delivered by you, support our care and nursing team, working collaboratively with the people we support to set goals, carry out therapies and enable people to live fantastic lives.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the delivery of Therapy Services to Residents within our Rehab Suite and will provide leadership in all aspects of Physical Therapy in accordance with the Codes of Practice of the College of Physiotherapy.

The successful applicant will need to be a qualified, accredited by the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy.

We are looking for a driven and compassionate individual who genuinely wants to make a difference in people’s lives. This person must have the determination and passion to deliver a service with quality outcomes for each person we support, each and every day.

• Previous experience of working with older people and delivering outcomes (helping people get well and move home or helping people maximise their movement) would be advantageous.
• A commitment to delivering high quality care, with good communication and organisational skills.
• Passion, empathy, and a desire to making a difference to the lives of our residents is essential.
• We are a tech led company so a person who can use technology (with appropriate training) is a must!

Salary: Paying up to £40,000 per annum
