Job Title: Band 6 Pharmacy technician
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: ongoing
Working Pattern: 37.5 hrs
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 9-5
Specific Skills:
registration with the GPhC
experience of a clinical hospital pharmacy technician are required
will include assessing patients own medications, undertaking construction of accurate drug histories, supplying required medications to assigned wards, preparing medications for discharge including counselling of patients.
Dispensary based duties to include accuracy checking on the ACT bench, dispensing medications for discharges and ensuring supplies of medications are sent to the wards in a timely manner.
