Independent Community Pharmacy in Benfleet seeking a Pharmacist Manager.

My client is currently seeking a passionate and experienced Pharmacist Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy, ensuring the highest standards of patient care, regulatory compliance, and customer service.


Key Duties

  • Manage the Pharmacy on a day to day basis
  • Liaise with directors to make sure the Pharmacy is up to standard
  • Lead team and create a positive working environment
  • Help with increase of script volume
  • Perform NHS services and Pharmacy first


Package and Benefits

  • Annual salary of £55,000 per annum
  • 4 weeks annual leave plus bank holidays

Key Skills, Qualifications and Client Requirements

  • Qualified Pharmacist
  • GPHC registered in the UK
  • Managerial experience preferred
