Pharmacist Manager

Evolve is working with a brand-new client, who are in need of a GPhC registered Pharmacist to join their branch in Grimsby (DN40). You will be joining a well-established independent pharmacy chain in the process of growing and expanding their business.

This is a full-time permanent position, ideally working 5.5 days per week, however 5 days will be considered.
Hours: Monday to Friday (9am to 6pm) & Saturdays (9am to 1pm).

This position welcomes applicants with all levels of experience.
The pharmacy currently dispenses around 5,000 items per month, in addition to providing services to the community of Grimsby.
It employs an experienced team and is fully staffed.
If you are an Independent Prescriber, you’ll be able to utilise your qualification in this post. If you’re not already an IP, this position will allow and support you to gain the qualification.

Paying circa £25 per hour DOE, along with an excellent benefits package, including:

Ideal Requirements for the Pharmacist Manager

• Must be a GPhC registered Pharmacist.
• Able to lead, motivate and engage a team effectively.
• An excellent understanding of providing an enhanced customer experience.
• Good organisational skills, excellent time management skills and able to work to strict deadlines and multitask.
• Able to build relationships with key partners (GP surgeries, care/nursing homes etc.)

• Driving the business and all services forward.
• Maintain links with local GP’s.
• Identify and act upon opportunities for new business and services.
• Provide an environment that delivers a first-class customer experience.
• Ensure all aspects of policy and legislation are fulfilled.
