We have an interesting opportunity in tax to join a Private Wealth team in Newcastle as a Tax Senior with full responsibility for a portfolio of clients. A very diverse set of clients will keep you engaged as you look to prepare both personal and trustees' tax returns.

With flexible hours available, working either full or part-time from both office and home this provides someone the opportunity to balance home life and work with some ease and is likely to appeal to many with their choice of hours available and positive approach to work patterns.

On a day to day basis you will be responsible for the tax affairs on behalf of your clients, which will see you preparing tax returns as well as reviewing those of your peers. This will involve collation of data, issuing engagement letters, agreeing fees, billing and discussing tax issues with your clients direct. Clients will include high net-worth individuals, company directors, trusts and estates with some international exposure.

We are looking for a tax professional with a minimum of 3 years tax compliance experience, preferably with ATT . Exposure to Inheritance Tax and Trusts is desirable but not essential. You will be a confident user of Outlook, Word and Excel with an organised approach to managing your client list. Strong communication skills both verbally and written are essential within this professional services environment.
