Personal Injury Solicitor

My client is a thriving legal firm with a strong presence in the community. The client recently inaugurated their new Head Office in Chester, marking their 7th establishment. As part of their ongoing expansion, they are seeking a motivated Personal Injury Solicitor to join their team in Chester. In this role, the successful candidate will collaborate closely with the Head of Department and contribute to the client's commitment to exceptional client service.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters.
  • Provide legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring their best interests are served.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare relevant documentation for cases.
  • Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and relevant parties to facilitate case progression.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Department and team members to achieve departmental objectives.
Requirements:
  • Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 5 years PQE in Personal Injury law.
  • Demonstrable experience handling a diverse caseload independently.
  • Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach.
  • Proficient IT skills, including Microsoft applications.
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Professional demeanor and appearance, aligning with the client's client-centric ethos.
