Working out of commercial offices in the heart of Chester, this is a brilliant opportunity to join one of the region's leading Personal Injury firms as part of its dedicated Personal Injury department.

The existing team deals with an array of RTA & EL/PL claims on behalf of its insurer clients and you'll be coming into a vibrant office environment where you'll take full responsibility for your own caseload of predominantly litigated RTA claims. It is expected that you'll have a strong background in litigation and have seen a claim through the full cycle.

You'll be an experienced RTA Litigator (NQ+, all PQE levels considered) with demonstrable experience in running a litigated caseload from instruction to settlement or trial. The team offers full support from legal assistants and administrators for each fee earner to ensure that each claim is handled to the highest standard. The team operates out of lovely commercial offices, offering on-site parking and have a buzzing friendly working environment.
