Personal Injury Solicitor | NQ + - Cardiff
TSR Legal are delighted to be assisting a well established Cardiff law firm who are seeking a talented and experienced Personal Injury Lawyer to join their dynamic team. The purpose of this role is to provide exceptional legal services to clients in relation to Personal Injury and Clinical Negligence matters. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in coordinating the team's activities and achieving its business objectives.
Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial consultations and client triage where required.
  • Advise and liaise with clients on personal injury matters including multi-track matters
  • Manage ongoing case activities.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Conduct negotiations on legal matters.
  • Engage in networking and business development for commercial work flows.
  • Review and manage WIP (Work in Progress) and client financing for ongoing matters.
  • Meet monthly and year-end financial targets.
  • Oversee outstanding debt collection.
  • Attend team meetings as necessary.
  • Maintain organised and updated client files.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • NQ +
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proactive with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and an enquiring mind.
  • Effective time management and prioritization.
  • Ability to understand clear and concise instructions.
  • Team player with the capacity to work independently.
  • Excellent client relationship skills.

  • Experience in collating and analyzing data.
