Position: Personal Injury Paralegal

Location: Slough

Salary: Dependent upon Experience

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Personal Injury Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record in personal injury or clinical negligence law and is looking to advance their career in a supportive and professional environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to conclusion.
  • Assisting solicitors with the preparation of cases for trial.
  • Drafting legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
  • Conducting legal research and providing support on complex cases.
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties to ensure smooth case progression.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence Paralegal is essential.
  • Strong understanding of the legal framework surrounding personal injury law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
